Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program Calendar
8-Week MBSR Program
The Fall MBSR Program will begin September 26th and run through November 21st. The program will be conducted over Zoom unless there is enough interest in an in-person program. Classes are on Saturday mornings, 9:00am to 11:30am CT. The all-day retreat will be on Saturday, September 14th, 9am to 4:00pm CT and will be either virtual or in-person, depending upon the format of the program. Tution is $395 and scholarships are available to those who need them.
All-Day Retreat
$550 for in-person groups
$395 for virtual groups
Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
